Scrap Buff Reworks
Scrap Buffs are now unlocked earlier, allowing for extra upgrades and a third buff! The first buff is now unlocked at level 1 (upgrades at level 5 and 10), the second at level 10 (upgrades at level 15), and the third at level 20.
If you already have upgraded items and they’re missing buffs, upgrading or using a reroller on the item will add them.
For diversity, there are also 5 new Scrap Buffs for swords and 3 for leggings!
The Jewel Shard level cap has been increased to 10 allowing level 20 to be possible, though note that level 16 and above will make your jewel item untradable.
New Minor Event: Supply Drop
A chest has spawned in a random location - get there or you’ll miss the drop party!
Balance changes:
- Added Scrap Rerollers to the Event Shop and Spectral Market
- Added a new mystery Scrap-related item to the Spectral Market
- Added Locked on Target perk: grants +20/40/60% damage to players and receive +100/200/300% of their bounty. Bots don’t add to your Streak.
- Nerfed Regen Scrap Buff (tier 3 chance 14% -> 12%)
- Reworked Made of Time: base XP and XP cap (+250% -> +400%), damage every 100 kills (+2% -> +2.5%)
- Reworked To the Moon: lowered XP mult (+20% -> +10%), Moon true damage is now affected by true damage reduction
QOL changes:
- Added Volley and Phoenix toggles to duels
- /g list now displays Prestige and Level
